What We Do
FOOD RESOUCE CENTER
Our pantry is one of the largest pantries of its kind in Oklahoma City. Over a million pounds of food are distributed to more than 30,000 people each year. The largely volunteer staff welcome families from over a dozen zip codes. Clients are welcomed into a positive and dignified experience. On Tuesday nights, clients also receive a free meal at our community dinner and optional programming for social and spiritual well-being. On the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month, female clients may also participate in the VINE, a nurturing and empowering free luncheon.

Please bring verification of your address and verification of each person receiving food (examples: photo ID, DHS letter of household members, social security card, something with your name and current address.
***Closings: If Western Heights School District is closed due to inclement weather, ROC Pantry will be closed. Holiday and other closing times with be posted on our door and community to clients.****
ROC CHAPEL
The spiritual life of Reaching Our City is guided by our Chapel community. Each Sunday a diverse group -- rich, poor, black, white, Hispanic, young, old, housed and unhoused -- gather together for:

On Tuesday evenings, ROC Chapel serves a community dinner from 4pm to 6pm. A 30 minute service that includes music, a short message, and a time for anointing with oil and prayer for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing begins at 5:30pm. Programs and classes for all ages with the goals of spiritual and social growth are offered for people of all ages based on the scheduling of
ROC L.I.F.T.
LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE FOR TOMORROW (L.I.F.T.)
Our Leadership Institute For Tomorrow (L.I.F.T.) aims to help people develop the community support, communication skills, conflict resolution techniques, and character development they need to chart a course to success in the world.
This applies to our neighborhood and our partners. We bring people together in a dynamic training and equipping environment to foster growth and healthy steps.
ROC also partners with local businesses to provide NO COST internship opportunities. A business partner receives a youth worker (16-24 years old) for 240 hours of work funded by the WOIA federal program. ROC mentors and trains these interns for workplace success. ROC RESALE SHOP
Our Resale Shop is located at 1500 N. Rockwell and we provide affordable clothing, furniture, and housewares to our friends and neighbors.
The store is an extension of our mission. Our clients and donors understand that ROC Resale is a place to share items vital to household and personal well-being as well as a place to connect and discover other services that help a person or family with life essentials.
In 2022, the Resale Shop also offered free emergency vouchers for 6 free items to 884 individuals experiencing homelessness, poverty, abuse, and other crisis events. Vouchers can be obtained by speaking with a Resale Shop manager.

Donations accepted at ROC's main building (7710 NW 10th) Monday - Friday 10am - 4:30pm. Furniture pick-ups can be arranged.
THE VINE
On the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the each month, women from our neighborhood and around the metro area come together for a time of nurture and empowerment. Sponsor churches and organizations prepare a the meal. Food, friendship, laughter, tears, testimonies, mentoring, support, education, spiritual growth, and giveaways make this wonderful time together.
